The WP Database Backup plugin lets webmasters create a backup of their entire WP installation database with one click, which then is stored inside the site's FTP.

Any of these backups can easily be restored with one click at any later points, going back in time to a previously working version of the site.

The plugin can be used as a safety mechanism to prevent attacks and accidental data loss, but it can also be used in development environments or for testing purposes as well.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
